The XVIII century in Veneto (exhibition)
July 17 - December 17
52 works of the XVIII century by Venetian artists can be admired today in the six rooms on the ground floor of the Civic Museum of Palazzo Chiericati.
The six rooms now have a new look. Alongside the most famous paintings by Tiepolo, Piazzetta, Ricci, Pittoni and sculptures by Marinali, there will be works by local painters such as Giovanni Antonio De Pieri known as “the lame” and Costantino Pasqualotto, while a room has been dedicated to the theme of animals, “still lifes” and “living nature”, some of which have never been exhibited to the public.
