Padova Marathon

The Maratona di Sant’Antonio or Padova Marathon (until 2016 it was also called Maratona Sant’Antonio), is a sporting event that takes place annually, towards the end of April, with departure and arrival in Padua.

It is one of the main Italian marathons, both for its international importance and for the high average number of participants.

The competition is named in honour of Anthony of Padua, a 13th-century saint who died in the city.
