Located in the Gothic Palazzo Pesaro degli Orfei in Campo San Beneto, it was built by the Pesaro family in the XV century in Venetian Gothic style.
From 1902 it was the home of Mariano Fortuny and his wife Henriette Negrin, who turned it into an atelier for painting, photography, set design and the creation of textiles: for each of these endeavors, the rooms, structures, tapestries and collections have all been preserved in the building.
Nowadays it houses the Museo Fortuny and may also be called Palazzo Fortuny.
Address: San Marco 3958, 30124 Venice
