Amarone Risotto is one of the typical specialties of the Veronese tradition.

It is made with ingredients and products from the Veneto region such as Vialone Nano, the rice used to prepare the recipe, the Amarone della Valpolicella with which it is creamed, and Monte Veronese grated, a cow’s milk cheese produced in the area.
